These terms apply to this website, run by C Healthy LLC. They are about the site itself. They are not the agreement covering care you receive at the clinic, which is handled separately when you become a patient.
This site is information, not medical advice
Everything here describes the practice in general terms. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for a consultation. Nothing on this site should be acted on as if it were advice about your own health.
Reading it does not make you a patient
Browsing the site, or writing through the contact form, does not create a clinical or doctor-patient relationship. That begins at your first appointment with a duly licensed professional, not before.
Booking happens somewhere else
The booking buttons hand you over to Square, which is a separate company with its own terms and its own privacy policy. What happens once you are there is between you and them.
If something is urgent
Do not use this site or its contact form. Call (936) 827-5027, or call 911 if it is an emergency. Messages sent through the form are read during business hours.
We try to keep it accurate
Hours, services and prices change. We update the site when they do, but we cannot promise every page is current at the moment you read it. Call if something matters to your decision.
The content belongs to the practice
Text, photographs, video and the logo are the property of C Healthy LLC. You are welcome to link to the site or share it. Please do not republish the material as your own.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
