What this site collects.

This page describes what C Healthy LLC collects through this website. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little: there is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: first name, last name, email address and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Cookies
One, and only if you switch languages. It remembers whether you are reading in English or Spanish so the site opens in the same language next time. It expires when you close the browser and is not used to identify or follow you. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How it is used
To read and answer your message. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Vercel, and messages from the form are delivered by Resend. Both process the data only to run the site and deliver the email. No one else receives it.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for 24 months in the practice inbox, then deleted.
Removing your information
Write to chealthyusa@gmail.com and ask, and we will delete your message and details. You do not have to give a reason.
Please keep medical details out of the form
The contact form is a general enquiry channel, not a clinical one and not a secure medical record. For anything about your health, call (936) 827-5027.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
